How do you quote for your services?
The fees are based on combination of man-hours and complexity of the project. The rate starts from RM100 per man-hour for software development. However, we’re extremely reasonable compare to our competitor.
Project timeline
It depends on the size of the project and its workload. The larger the project, the longer timeline needed to complete the project.
Warranty
1. Warranty cover errors and bugs fixing for delivered system. Any modification to coding and server environment will void the warranty.
2. We provide standard 6 months warranty for our custom system development.
3. Annual extended warranty can be purchased at 5% of project cost.
